How do I order a gift voucher?

1. Go to our gift vouchers page here or by clicking the image above.
2. Select the gift voucher you would like to purchase.
3. Add any other products you may wish to buy
4. Click on the Checkout button and fill out our order form.
5. To add a personal message to the gift voucher, just add the message to the Special Instructions field.
6. We will customise your voucher and deliver to you by email within 24 hours (during business days).

How do I redeem a gift voucher?

Redeeming a gift voucher is simple:

1. Select any product(s) on the site and proceed to the Checkout
2. During checkout, choose Offline Order and add the gift voucher code to the Special Instructions field
3. If your order total is less than the voucher's outstanding balance, we will process your order immediately and contact you to confirm the amount remaining on your voucher.
4. If your order total is more than the outstanding balance, we will contact you via email to arrange payment of the balance.
