We have included a currency converter below as a guide for international customers. This is only a rough guide to currency conversion. PictureStore can only process payment in Australian Dollars and your credit card company calculates the charge to your credit card on the date of the transaction. This transaction will be processed when your print arrives in stock and not necessarily on the date of purchase on our web site.
Paying by credit card
The easiest way to purchase is to use your credit card on our secure Web site. Since most browsers support SSL encryption (including current versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer and Firefox) using your credit card on the PictureStore web site is the most convenient and safest way to purchase. We accept all major credit cards including Visa Card, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.
Phone or fax your credit card details
If you are not comfortable using our secure on-line payment facility, then you can proceed to the checkout, submit your order and print the Tax Invoice page and fax it to us on 02 9477 2293. Alternatively you can phone payment details toll free on 1300 137 670 from 9:30am to 5pm (Sydney time) Monday-Friday.
Post a cheque or money order
If you would prefer to pay by cheque or money order please proceed to the checkout, submit your order, print the Tax Invoice page, attach correct payment and post it to:

If you are posting a cheque we ask that you be patient since we cannot process your order until we have received your cheque and payment has been authorised.
PictureStore allows you to purchase pictures framed or unframed. Unframed prints are sent to you rolled in a toughened mailing tube to protecting against creasing. Framed items, including custom framed prints, block mounts, canvas stretches, are generally flat packed with multiple layers of padding to ensure that your package arrives in perfect condition.

If you select standard delivery your order will normally arrive in 2 to 5 working days AFTER DISPATCH (see product for estimated dispatch time). If you choose express delivery your order will normally arrive in 1 to 3 working days AFTER DISPATCH (see product for estimated dispatch time). PictureStore does not take responsibility for lost items that are not traceable (standard post). Please allow an additional 5 working days for framed orders.
Due to the large number of items available at PictureStore it is possible your print may not be carried in stock. Many of our products are not carried in Australia and need to be imported. If your chosen print is not available we will notify you as soon as possible.
If you have selected framing or block mounting from our interactive framing studio we wrap the finished product in bubble wrap and then in impact resistant corrugated packaging which ensures the framed print arrives at your address in the same condition it left us, satisfaction guaranteed. Please allow an additional 5 working days for the framing, block mounting and delivery of your framed print.
What delivery address should I use?
We can send your unframed picture directly to your home or office, almost anywhere in the world. We suggest that you choose an address where someone will be present to receive them during business hours.
If you have chosen PictureStore's quality framing or block mounting service, then you need to select a delivery address where someone will be present to sign for your goods during business hours (we can not deliver framed pictures to PO Boxes).
PLEASE NOTE: Please check all items thoroughly before signing off on a delivery. Picturestore does not have to take responsibility for damaged items as we cannot lodge a dispute with the carrier once signed for.
We can even send your unframed prints and posters to selected overseas destinations. Choose your country from the Postage & Handling list at checkout and the appropriate delivery charge will be calculated. Unfortunately we cannot send framed products overseas.
Duties and taxes
You may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package. These are determined by the Customs office in your country and PictureStore is unable to control or determine these charges. We encourage you to contact your national Customs office for further information.
