Returning goods
Here at PictureStore, we offer a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE because your satisfaction is essential to our success. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt of the product to receive a replacement or full refund for the purchase price of the product (postage & handling charges will not be refunded).
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase contact our Customer service centre on 1300 137 670 from 9:30am to 5pm (Sydney time) Monday-Friday or send an e-mail to service@picturestore.com.au. We will then organise an exchange of product or a refund for the purchase price of the product.
To exchange goods or to receive a refund you need to complete a Returns Form (which we will send you) and return the product in original condition with all accessories and proof of purchase, within 14 days of receipt of the product.
Refunds and exchanges
Once we have received the returned goods in original condition with all accessories, proof of purchase and completed returns form, we will refund the purchase price of the product (delivery charges will not be refunded). We can reverse your credit card transaction (if you used one), post a cheque or provide a replacement product to the same value.
