Q: What is block mounting?

A: Our block mounting process permanently sticks your choice of print or poster to 20mm thick ‘PictureMount’ Kapa board. This is a durable, light weight board which is easy to handle and hang. This block mounting technique is very popular with our corporate clients, including photographers, who are looking for a cost effective and attractive way of displaying their artworks. Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club for online processed transactions. For mail orders we also accept cheques and money orders.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

When you process an order with PictureStore all of your personal information, including credit card details, are encoded with 128 bit encryption. Q: Can I order by mail or phone?

A: Yes, PictureStore is happy to receive you order by mail or phone. If you are not comfortable using our secure online payment facility, then you can proceed to the checkout and print the order page and Email it to

Q: How do I know that PictureStore has received my order?

A: You will receive an e-mail confirming your order after you have completed checking out. If you do not receive an e-mail, check that the e-mail address you provided is correct. You may re-confirm your order by sending an e-mail to Please include you order number so we can re-send your confirmation.

Q: Can I change my order after I have checked out?

A: Yes, simply send an e-mail to us at or phone one of our customer service staff on 1300 137 670. You cannot change your order online.

Q: When can I expect to receive my order?

A: If you decide not to frame your prints we will send them to you via Australia Post parcel service. This will normally arrive within 5 to 15 working days. If you wish, you can have your prints sent express delivery at a small additional charge. If you choose express delivery the print will normally arrive within 1 to 3 working days AFTER the target ship date which is determined by your selection of items.

If you have selected quality framing or block mounting from our interactive framing studio, please allow an additional 5 working days for the framing, block mounting and delivery of your PictureStore print.
